Workwear in Singapore: GG<5

If you are looking for some affordable workwear in Singapore, consider shopping at local brand GG<5. It’s not a bad brand to find some pieces to update your corporate wardrobe without breaking the bank, and as they have so many retail stores in Singapore there is bound to be one close to where you live or work (Ion, Wisma Atria, Vivocity, Raffles City, China Square Central etc). Check out some of their latest collection below (in stores as at September 30th)

Simple black dress with pleats. Available in sizes XS-M, this felt very comfortable to wear and includes the detachable belt so you could add a coloured belt to make the outfit more interesting. Price: $138.03 SGD
A subtle and classy leopard print dress with mustard belt (detachable). The fabric drapes well and we love that the belt adds a pop of colour. Price: $148.73 SGD

How to deal with feeling hot outside, yet freezing cold inside (thanks to crazy air-con!)

When indoors and freezing, you can wear this grey sweater tucked into a pencil skirt. The belt is then added to complete the look. Prices: Grey sweater: $67.41 SGD; Grey skirt: $67.41 SGD; Belt $35.31 SGD (comes in sizes S-M)

When you need to go outdoors, simply remove the grey sweater and wear a black sleeveless top underneath! Still classy, and two outfits in one! Price – black top: $67.41 SGD
Throw on a white jacket over of a black dress – Chanel-esque without the price! Apologies for blurry pic – I was excited about this jacket! Price: $116.63 SGD
Back of the white jacket – it really isn’t too bad given the price tag! The material looks and (almost) feels just like those Chanel jackets!
